Sport Residence
Located inside the venue, it was designed to provide accommodation and meals under high-quality technical-sporting conditions for training camps of Andalusian, Spanish, and international federations, clubs, and sports associations, as well as for various sports events held in Seville. It also hosts athletes from high-performance programs of national federations and clubs. The residence has a capacity of over 200 beds distributed among 108 rooms, which can be used as single, double, or multiple, all equipped with full bathrooms, independent air conditioning and heating, internet connection, and television.

The dining room has several buffet areas and service lines that allows a for 200 meals at a time. It also has an outdoor area that can extend its capacity in 100 more people. It is an excellent option for those teams that prefer to have lunch at the venue. The facility includes the following common areas and services:

2 classrooms of different sizes, equipped with Smart TV and touch screen
